Overview
When Noale decides to pull out all the stops, it produces a motorcycle that makes German roadsters blush and Japanese naked bikes tremble. The Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 2025 is not a timid evolution: it's a statement of intent signed by a brand that has always considered the track its primary laboratory. Those looking for a used Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory to save a few thousand euros would do well to think twice before passing on the new version at €16,999, as this model year features a technological generosity that previous models, whether the Tuono V4 Factory 2018, 2019, or 2020, simply could not offer.

The heart of the beast remains the 65° V4 of 1099 cc, an engine hewn from the same rock as the RSV4, but softened in its manners to tolerate daily life without ripping your wrists at every traffic light. 180 horsepower at 11,800 rpm, 121 Nm of torque available from 9,600 rpm: on paper, it's a war machine. In reality, the richness of the APRC electronics transforms this raw power into something manageable, even playful. The 13.6:1 compression ratio and the short 52.3 mm stroke explain this lively, almost sharp character, which rewards those who know how to read an engine speed. The announced consumption of 7.71 l/100 km is honest for a displacement in this category, and the 18.5-liter tank offers correct range without unnecessarily weighing down the whole.
At 209 kg fully fueled, the Factory positions itself against rivals like the KTM 1290 Super Duke R or the BMW S 1000 R with serious arguments on the scale. The 825 mm seat height may deter shorter riders, a recurring criticism since the Tuono V4 Factory 2015, but it's the price to pay for a saddle-handlebar-footrest triangle designed for long distances as well as committed trajectories. The wheelbase of 1452 mm and the ground clearance of 125 mm tell the same story: a motorcycle that is not afraid to lean into curves.
What truly distinguishes the Factory from its younger siblings is the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension endowment, electronically piloted in real time via the OBTi system. The 43 mm inverted fork and the external TTX monoblock shock are not just marketing arguments: they allow for fine-tuning that transforms the motorcycle according to the context, wet road or dry track. The four-piston Brembo M50 monoblock calipers at the front, coupled with a radial master cylinder and aviation hoses, offer a surgical bite that owners of a Tuono V4 Factory 1100 from previous generations will legitimately envy. The price of an Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory 1100 2025 at €16,999 places this version well above the Tuono V4 Factory 1100 2022, which was priced around €14,900, but the difference is justified in use.
The target audience is clearly identified: the experienced rider, comfortable on the track, who is looking for a versatile motorcycle without sacrificing intensity. The Tuono V4 Factory is not a beginner's machine, and it does not claim to be. Its top speed limited to 250 km/h on the highway tells only part of the story; it is between the curves of a mountain road or in the large, fast curves of a permanent track that it truly reveals its nature. For this level of mechanical and electronic engagement, €17,000 remains a sum, but it is also the entry fee into a very closed club.
