Overview

The Harley-Davidson Road King loves to venture onto long highways in the most classic style possible. A timeless cruiser, equally comfortable in the 20th century as serene in the 21st. In its CVO version, discretion is forgotten to make a motorcycle overflowing with luxury, but without collapsing under it like a CVO Electra. Sublime paint and high-end elements propel the owner into another dimension. And this enormous engine... the largest one available in the range. The Twin Cam, in Screamin' Eagle 110 ci version, knows how to appreciate each of its beats. It even has the courtesy of not expressing jealousy when some cousins are equipped with the ultimate Twin Cooled version or a 103 ci High Output upgrade. It doesn’t matter to him: his personality, his 1801 cm3 of fat and steel, his 16 mkg of torque and his new Heavy Breather air filter are enough to charm many people.

Technology is now much more widely at the service of the user, thanks to the Rushmore project. What is it? A massive customer listening exercise for a significant improvement in the riding experience and comfort. On the chassis side, the fork goes to 49 mm for more rigidity; the brakes are equipped with ABS and the Reflex system, which optimizes braking force between the front and rear. A new clutch command reduces lever effort despite firmer springs. In the classic Hiawatha headlight nacelle, a set of halogen twin headlights and tail lights pierce the night and announce 986 lumens. Comfort is a priority for the CVO Road King. This is evidenced by the removable Vented Wind Splitter windshield, the Slipstream heated grips, a more ergonomic handlebar, a cruise control, a new seat with its ‘tuck and roll’ leather finishes, the Harley security system and larger saddlebags complemented by the One-Touch system. A simple press allows you to lock – unlock the saddlebags or the tank cap.

Style is not lacking, with the Mirror Chrome Agitator Custom chrome wheels matching the front brake disc, painted black elements (handlebar, controls, mirrors) and a feeling of quality at the level of a custom build.
