Overview

Within the Scrambler family, the Urban Enduro version is certainly the most mischievous. With it, you really want to rummage through city streets but even more so to taunt rabbits and chestnuts in the middle of the forest. A real little devil for a rural skirmish.

The Scrambler adopts a new appearance thanks to a beautiful series of modifications. You immediately notice the raised front fender, the spoked rims, the Wild Green color scheme, and the large brown saddle with topstitching. Just that alone puts you in urban cross mode; or fun-tinted off-road, as you prefer. Add to the Ducati troublemaker a few killer details and there’s no need to let it simmer. The Scrambler Urban Enduro flashes its gaze with a grille protecting the headlight, wants to laugh at the pebbles with its engine guard, asserts its choice with a red X on the sides of the tank, and announces the atmosphere with a handlebar reinforcement bar and fork protectors.

Under the cosmetics, the Urban Enduro retains the same attributes as the 800 Scrambler, namely an 803 cm3 twin producing 75 hp and 6.9 mkg of torque, a small steel trellis frame, a 41 mm inverted fork, a set of brake discs (F: 330 mm + 4-piston Brembo caliper - R: 265 mm + 1-piston caliper) assisted by an ABS Bosch 9.1 MP, 150 mm of suspension travel, an atypical tire fitment with a 110 in 18 inches at the front and a 180 in 17 inches at the rear, a few extra kilos compared to the Icon with 176 kg dry weight, and exclusive cobblestone tires. Apart from the price that’s less funny, the Scrambler X immediately makes you want to have fun. Imagine a bit Pithivier filing his report to the 7th company on such a machine...
