Overview
The Triple Black edition is back. The GS had already pulled this off in 2010, with a version of the same name and a deep devotion to darkness. The recipe is renewed, with a nighttime color scheme that takes over most of the German trail bike (fairings, forks, tank, engine, swingarm, etc.). It spares a few elements, such as the radiator covers or the frame tubes, which are adorned with quartz grey. One of the Triple Black’s particular features is to offer a pair of spoked rims in place of the cast wheels.
It also features a two-tone saddle with an embedded GS logo. The equipment is not enriched... whereas the previous version included a pack with ESA suspension and other luxuries. It must be said that with the success that clings to it, the 1200 GS has little need of lessons or advice.
