Overview
So, one million motorcycles manufactured since Triumph’s renaissance in 1990. This figure has a particular flavor, like an odometer clicking over on the frame of an old touring bike after a long journey. To mark the occasion, the Hinckley firm decided to create a unique example, absolutely unavailable at your local dealer. This Tiger 900 Rally Pro One Million is a tribute, a show-bike that will stand in showrooms and then in the factory, like a trophy celebrating British resilience and craftsmanship.

It is based on the Rally Pro’s technical platform, the most adventurous version of the Tiger 900 range. It's a machine that doesn't cut corners, with 95 horsepower drawn from a three-cylinder engine that can be as civilized as it is temperamental, and a dry weight of 201 kg. The real asset here is the equipment. The list is as long as a Dakar roadbook: 45 mm fully adjustable inverted fork with 240 mm of travel, equally configurable rear shock absorber, Brembo Stylema brakes, quickshifter, cruise control, an inertial platform for cornering ABS and traction control, and even heated grips. It's a motorcycle designed for long journeys, capable of handling a rough road thanks to its 21 and 17-inch spoked wheels, without sacrificing comfort on the highway.
Compared to its direct competitors in the premium adventure trails segment, such as the Yamaha Ténéré 700 or even the KTM 890 Adventure R, the Tiger 900 Rally Pro plays in a different register. It is more technological, more versatile on the asphalt, and probably more comfortable for the traveler looking to cover long distances with a significant amount of luggage. Its 850 mm seat height may be intimidating, but it remains accessible for a rider of average height, especially with the adjustment option. Its 20-liter tank promises serious range, a crucial point for exploration.
This unique model, draped in a silver robe and commemorative stickers, is also the first act of celebrations for Triumph’s 120th anniversary. We can expect to see other special series arrive, but this one will remain the exception, the museum piece. It perfectly symbolizes the evolution of the brand: from a 1990s Tiger 900, simple and robust, to this modern, sophisticated machine, ready to conquer the most varied horizons. It's a motorcycle for the tech-savvy adventurer who wants to have all the tools in his box, without compromise, and who appreciates the history and character of a brand that has survived so many upheavals. Triumph is showing here that it knows how to honor its past while building absolutely contemporary machines.
